This two defective ink cartridges shown here were received

from eBay seller called 3diamonddave or Diamondink on April 3, 2006.

The seller refused to ship replacements.

As a result, I paid and got nothing.

Summary:

  • March 20, 2006: I ordered HP57 ink cartridge x 2 pcs.

  • March 20, 2006: I paid via PayPal.

  • April 3, 2006: I received defective ink leaking and head damaged ink cartridges.

  • April 4, 2006: I reported cartridge leakage and defective problem to seller with above photos.

  • April 5, 2006: Seller replied to insist "ship back" the defectives with seller's shipping label.

  • April 5, 2006: I shipped back 2 pcs with the seller's shipping label.

  • May 15, 2006: I have not received any replacement.

I did not send defective cartridges back by traceable method such as priority mail

because the seller suggested to use the seller's prepaid shipping label.
As the result, the seller claims "no returns received", and refuse to ship me any replacement.

 

I paid and waited for 2 months and lost everything. I am a victim.

 

 

 

To be fair, I just showed actual picture images and actual emails sent/received.

Bad cartridges sold by Diamondink

Dear Diamond Ink

 

I bought 2 PCs of HP57 via eBay from you.

Both are no good!

One has ink leaking as shown below image.

Plastic bag is unopened, but blue ink spreads in the bag and still very wet.

Another is not accepted by printer - cartridge error.

I tested with 2 sets of HP1230V printers, both did not accept.

I tested with HP57 ink cartridge bought at OfficeMax, both printers accepted.

 

How come you sell such low quality cartridges?

Please send me good cartridges quickly.

I ordered HP57 ink cartridge x 2 pcs on March 20.
I paid on March 21.
I received on April 3.
I reported you leakage and defective problem on April 4.
I shipped back 2 pcs on April 5.
I have not received any replacement so far as of today May 10, 2006.

I am about to report this case to eBay unless I receive your replacement in very short time.

We get very few returns most of our mail is for our cartridge buyback program and there is a lot of that. I have looked for your order and it has not yet arrived.
